Because your puzzle is a unique, custom-made product, our policy is designed to respect this special nature.

Custom Products: No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the personalized nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.

Our Guarantee: We fully stand behind our craftsmanship. If your puzzle arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as missing pieces, severe print errors, or damage from our production/packaging), We will issue you a full refund within 7 days.We will promptly issue you a full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations: A 1-Hour Window
Your custom puzzle moves into production very quickly after your order is placed.

To request any change or cancellation, you must contact our customer service within 1 hour of placing your order. You can email us at joyhomi66@gmail.com or use the live chat.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be successful, as production may have already begun.

After 1 hour, all sales are final. No changes or cancellations can be made to the design, size, shipping address, or order itself.

To ensure a perfect experience, please double-check the following before completing your payment:

  1. Your Uploaded Image: Is it the correct photo, with the desired crop and quality?

  2. Puzzle Size & Details: Have you selected the correct number of pieces and finish?

  3. Shipping Address: Is your delivery address complete and accurate?
