Our goal is to handcraft your puzzle and deliver it to you as efficiently as possible.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

*Production Time: Within 5 Business Days 
Each custom puzzle is carefully made to order in our studio. Production begins after your order and design are confirmed.

*Shipping Transit Time: 12-19 Business Days 
Once shipped, delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 12-19 business days via our reliable shipping partners. Delivery to remote areas may take a few extra days.

⚠️Note: All timelines are in business days (Monday-Friday) and exclude major U.S. holidays. Total delivery time is the sum of production and shipping days.

Shipping Costs

*Free Standard Shipping ：
We offer free shipping on all orders to addresses within the continental United States. 
*Remote Area Surcharge: $19.99
Orders shipped to remote areas (including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories) will incur an additional flat fee of $19.99. This fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking & Delivery

*Tracking Your Order: Once your puzzle ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order page on our website for real-time updates.

*Delivery Issues: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please first check with neighbors and secure delivery locations. If the package is still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification so we can assist you.

Important Notes

*Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
