1.Processing Time
All keychains are carefully customized. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping. This time is needed to review, print, and assemble your design. If design confirmation is required, please reply to our confirmation email within 24 hours to avoid delays. Processing time starts after payment confirmation and excludes weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Costs
We ship immediately after processing. Delivery time starts from the shipment date.
Shipping Methods:
·Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days
·Priority Shipping: 9-15 business days
Delivery times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs:
·Standard Areas (eg: California, New York): Free shipping on orders over $35 (Orders under $35:
·Standard shipping fee of $5.99) Remote Areas (eg:Alaska): Free shipping on orders over $35 + Remote area surcharge ($13.99)
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and selected method. Final costs are shown before purchase completion.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with:
·Tracking number
·Package tracking link
You can also log into your account, go to "My Orders" and click "Track Order" for real-time updates.
If tracking doesn't update within 24 hours of shipment confirmation, please wait patiently - this may be due to carrier system delays. If still no update after 48 hours, contact customer service for assistance.
4. Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address carefully when ordering. For address changes after ordering, contact us immediately:
· Order not processed (within 2 hours of ordering): Free address modification
·Order processed but not shipped (within 3-5 business days): $5 address change fee
·Order already shipped: Address cannot be modified. You may contact the shipping carrier directly about address change services (fees borne by customer)
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take full responsibility for package safety during transit. Please contact us within specified timeframes if you encounter:
· Lost Package: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, first check with family, neighbors, or property management. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and upon confirmation, offer a full refund or free replacement.
·Damaged Package: If you find damage to packaging or the keychain upon delivery, take photos of:
*Outer packaging
*Damaged product
*Shipping label
Send these to customer service within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we'll provide a full refund, free replacement, or partial compensation.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally don't accept returns or offer refunds unless items arrive damaged or there's an error on our part. For complete details, see our [Return Policy] page.
